Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

If you are dissatisfied with the initial design concepts and decide to terminate the project, we will refund 50% of your deposit. This accounts for the time and effort spent creating your initial designs.

Project Cancellation by Client:

If you cancel the project before any work has begun, a full refund of your deposit will be issued.

Once work has commenced, refunds are offered on a pro-rata basis, reflecting the amount of work completed up to the cancellation date.

Project Cancellation by Creative Web Page Design:

If we are unable to fulfill the project for any reason, a full refund of your deposit will be provided.

Dissatisfaction with Initial Concepts:

If you are dissatisfied with the initial design concepts and decide to terminate the project, we will refund 50% of your deposit. This accounts for the time and effort spent creating your initial designs.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

The deposit will not be refunded under the following scenarios:

• If the project is canceled after final approval of the design.
• If delays or non-responsiveness from the client result in project termination.
• If the client requests extensive revisions beyond the agreed scope of work without additional payment.
